KellyBaron is the collaborative team of Kelly Van Halen and Baron Rogers. Coming from distinctly different backgrounds with notable cultural influences, they have forged a unique alchemy rooted in a common respect for enduring design and development endeavors. Together Kelly and Baron’s extensive professional experience coupled with their love of approachable style and reverence towards tradition, help to inform their creation of comfortable, functional living spaces for individuals and families just like their own.
KellyBaron is based in Los Angeles, and serves clients throughout North America.
Baron Rogers
Baron Rogers has a unique skillset highlighted by his respect for architecture, attention to detail, and overall expertise in construction— all of which allows him to assume many roles ranging from owner representation to general contractor to overall supervision, ensuring projects are built and finished to the plans and architectural specifications. Baron is known for his ability to troubleshoot on-site as well as make informed architectural decisions. Baron has been brought in to complete challenging jobs and situations that require his high level of expertise and leadership including his informed approach to navigating and completing the permitting processes.
Kelly Van Halen
For the past 20 years, Kelly Van Halen has been developing and redesigning homes. Her strength is in identifying, transcending and reshaping untapped and often unseen potential in properties, resulting in aesthetically pleasing and profitable sales. Kelly approaches each project with the intention of not only enhancing the overall value of the property, but by employing her discerning instinct for coordinating various textures, materials and finishes to create an outcome that is truly unique and reflective of the client. Kelly continues to evolve by focusing on interior design, exclusive product development, private labels and luxury home goods. Her inherent ability to focus on the details of everyday living help to inform her role as a designer who guides and collaborates with her clients to create residences that are both distinctive and inviting. Currently, Kelly is excited to be working on the formation of a dynamic, female-led real estate development collaborative, opening doors and empowering women financially and creatively through thoughtfully designed residential real estate investment opportunities.
