French Country Estate

The estate-like property was magnificent. However, the original home had undergone a series of poorly executed renovations which left it with an incohesive floorpan and ill-designed finishes. The house was taken down to the studs and all interior spaces were reconfigured. Significant square footage was added including a second floor for an expansive principal bedroom, en suite bath, and additional bedroom, all with sweeping views of the majestic grounds. The property itself was also given an extensive update including regrading to create a park-like, grassy area. Great attention was given to the landscape and hardscape, including the pool area, to maximize full use and enjoyment of the grounds.
