Modern Bungalow

An original 1920’s Spanish bungalow had turned into somewhat of a mess over the years due to poorly executed renovations and updates. The house was a series of many small rooms with little or no relevance to actual usage. The house was gutted and taken to the studs. The floorpan was reconfigured, creating a separate children’s wing and master bedroom wing, along with a large combination family room & kitchen, as well as a separate game room. It turns out the owners never really liked the “Spanish” style of their home, so we reconfigured the house into a modern bungalow, with a charming front porch and a standing seam roof.
